Gîte on the ground floor of the owner's house, set against a small hill. The entrance to the living room is planted with a beautiful wisteria that provides shade and coolness.
Spacious and bright, with terrace, garden furniture under an arbour, barbecue, petanque area...
Large infinity pool accessible by stairs.
Terraced grounds: access to the gîte via stairs from the car park.
Kitchen area : 3-burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, crockery, etc.
Dining area with table and chairs.
Lounge area : 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, free wifi...
Bedroom 1 : One 140cm bed. 1 duvet, 1 blanket, 2 pillows, 1 bolster. Wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 : three 90cm single beds.
1 bedspread, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 bolster. Large wall cupboard.
The gîte backs onto a small hill, so the rooms remain pleasant even in the height of summer.

From 29 June to 5 July: €700/week
From 6 July to 30 August: €920/week: minimum fortnightly rental
From 31 August to 6 September: €625/week
From 6 to 21 September: €450/week
From 22 September to 12 October: €400/week
